Phillip is the son of
Chester and Jennifer Johnston Chester of
Voorees, New Jersey. He made his First Holy
Communion at Saint Andrew’s Catholic Church,
Voorees on May 5, 2019. He is in the second
grade at Osage Elementary School.
Phillip is the great-great
grandson of
James and Gertrude Spence Tinneny of
Philadelphia and the great-great-great
grandson of
Patrick “Yankee Pat” Tinneny of
Goladuff, Newtownbutler, County Fermanagh,
Northern Ireland; Greenock, Scotland and
Philadelphia Pennsylvania and his wife
Margaret Malloy.
